Alessandra Rich's earrings feature brass and glass crystals in a geometric tiered design with a silver-tone finish. Three layered diamond-shaped stone clusters hang from the post, each framed by smaller crystal accents for dimension. The rectangular centre section features a square-cut transparent stone set within rectangular baguette borders. These chandelier-style pieces create maximum sparkle and work best with minimalist styling to let the architecture shine.
