Description

Midi-length wrap-style dress in light blue with an all-over botanical floral print in red, navy, and white on a light blue ground. Features a deep V-neckline with a bordered placket, voluminous long sleeves with striped navy cuffs, a fabric-covered square buckle belt at the waist, and a gathered skirt. The border print is applied at the cuffs, waist belt, and hem.
