Fessura's Change sneaker is an innovative slip-on built from a knit upper and curved sole base without traditional stitching or adhesives. The proprietary system uses a 1-metre elastic band threaded through integral slots in the sole, assembled by hand in 60 seconds and fully interchangeable for custom styling. Karim Rashid's limited-edition design features parallel cutouts along the side midsole and a streamlined low profile. The construction reduces CO₂ emissions by 50% compared to conventional manufacturing, making it both a technical innovation and a sustainable choice for everyday wear.
