Fessura's Change sneaker features a minimalist slip-on design built on an interchangeable elastic-band assembly system that requires no glue, machinery, or stitching. The one-meter-long elastic upper threads through slots in the rubber sole, allowing the wearer to compose and customize the shoe in under 60 seconds by hand. Crafted from recyclable materials with a textured neoprene construction, the design reduces industrial CO₂ emissions by at least 50 percent.
