Fessura's Change Shoe is an innovative modular sneaker constructed without adhesives, stitching, or machinery. The design features a fixed sole base and a 1-meter elastic upper band that threads through slits in the sole, allowing assembly in under 60 seconds by hand. The interchangeable fabric upper can be easily swapped to change colours and styles. With recyclable materials and a manufacturing process that reduces CO₂ emissions by at least 50%, this shoe represents a sustainable approach to footwear design while maintaining a minimalist aesthetic.
