Description

Short-sleeve mini dress in light blue and black check/plaid fabric with a textured, seersucker-like finish. The bodice features extensive smocking throughout, with a black velvet trim running along the center front and neckline. The skirt section is gathered and voluminous with a bubble hem silhouette. Silver-tone and gunmetal logo-engraved snap buttons are visible on the skirt panels. Ruffled mandarin-style collar at neckline.
