Saint Laurent's LouLou Medium combines sculptural quilted lamb leather with understated luxury in a timeless silhouette. The padded exterior features a signature gold-plated YSL logo plaque centered on an envelope flap with magnetic closure, paired with double sliding shoulder straps in leather that permit adjustable carrying.
