Description

Sheer long-sleeve blouse in black semi-transparent fabric with an all-over white polka dot print. Features a high ruffled collar, a deep V-shaped front opening bordered with black floral lace trim and ruffle detailing, and a concealed front button placket. Long sleeves with gathered, ruffled cuffs. Relaxed fit with a straight hem.
